If you have a current email address you may have recently received an invitation to participate in a new ATR initiative - our health and lifestyle questionnaire.

But don't worry if you haven't received the survey as yet – it is coming soon. The questionnaire is being sent out progressively to enable us to process the incoming new information while ensuring regular services are maintained. 

The health and lifestyle questionnaire will be used to help research. It has been developed for ATR members, and it asks about a range of topics including members' background, health conditions and lifestyle information.

This will help us to better understand our membership and to make it easier for us to identify what members to approach for each of our studies. This will ensure that you are not repeatedly asked the same questions and approached for studies that you are not eligible for.

To date, nearly 4000 of our members have participated and we hope to invite all of our members with an email address. 

ATR members who complete the survey will be placed in a draw to receive an iPad. For every 5000 completed questionnaires one winner will be drawn.
